Denta Service Terms
Denta Service Terms
Updated October 8, 2026
1. The service
Denta provides cards and tools for company-funded employee spending. Your company chooses the spending limits, funds employee transactions, and decides who may use the service. You are responsible for your company’s benefit, employment, and tax obligations.
2. Fees and funding
Membership costs $5 per billed account per month, starting at checkout. You pay for the greater of the account count selected at signup or the number of participating employees and dependents. An additional 5% processing fee applies to employee transactions paid through Denta.
Employee spending is paid by your company, separately from membership fees. The ACH authorization explains reserve funding, replenishment, and bank debits. Fees for services already performed are non-refundable. We will give 30 days’ written notice before changing the membership rate.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and use cards only for spending your company authorizes. Tell us promptly about unauthorized use or an incorrect transaction. We may pause cards if funding is unavailable or we reasonably suspect misuse.
4. Cancellation
You may pause or cancel membership from your account, effective at the end of the paid billing month. Cancellation while already paused takes effect immediately. Charges already incurred remain payable. Revoking bank authorization is separate from cancelling membership; follow the instructions in the ACH authorization.
5. Electronic records and privacy
You agree to receive service records electronically and to use an electronic signature for the ACH authorization. Download or save copies for your records. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
6. General terms
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Denta’s liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be waived. California law governs these terms. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California.
